Plus, the head coach knows EXACTLY how to work with each person to show them their full potential. There's no other place I'd rather be, and I've never been happier to find a muay thai home.

I’ve competed at Main Event for 5 years. Coach Lino runs classes from beginners to more advanced levels for kids, teens, and adults by himself. The passion and effort that Lino has put into running his gym is unmatched and does his best to accommodate everyone that walks into this gym whether you know what to expect or not. Coach Lino runs amazing programs for kids, teens, and adults. Whether you're brand new to the sport or someone who is already professional, Coach Lino and the staff on hand knows what needs to be done to train you properly. It's not just about the training though, the coaches connect with you on a personal level that really make you feel like you are part of the family and will have your back at all times. Everyone there wants to be there and enjoys every second of training. I couldn't consider this gym anything less than the best gym in the Sacramento Valley.

Best gym ever. I started training here after I graduated college. I went from powerlifting to training/learning about Muay Thai- and I love Muay Thai better. Coach Lino is also one of the most humble/inspiring people I’ve met. He is also very flexible, patient, and accommodating. All the adults/children at the gym are talented but remain humble, kind, and welcoming, especially to beginners . When I was powerlifting, going to the gym felt like a job. Main Event feels like a second home- going there feels natural, and I commute from Elk Grove!
