Premier Martial Arts

My son Cassius has been attending for six months. I really wanted to get him used to instruction as he starts school next year. Great instructors and very friendly. My son was so unsure on some of the exercises since he thought they were too hard in the beginning but they stayed with him and supported him and now he’s able to do those exercises and is building more confidence to do more.

This is just what we needed. My son is thriving, learning how to focus better, handle wins and losses better, and have more engagement/control with his body. He loves coming and appears proud. The instructors care in a way that is supportive and constructive. They let these kids be kids and promote positive messages that I hope and believe will stay with my kiddo for a while.

I signed my daughter up for the program about a year ago. Was highly disappointed. Super overpriced and she was literally thrown in with kids that were way more advanced than her and she was so confused. Lost confidence and so I removed her from the program about a month ago. My card was ran. I've been trying to reach the owner regarding this issue and no response. Mind you I haven't been in the program for almost 6 months so why would my card be ran all of a sudden out of nowhere kind of fishy. Also $200 a month for an hour a week is ridiculous. The coaches that I did interact with were great. It's not so much the coaches. It's more the owner in the business and how it's ran

I am beyond disappointed and outraged by my experience with Premier Martial Arts. My son was taking classes here, but what should have been a positive and enriching activity turned into an absolute nightmare. Over the course of a few months, Premier fraudulently withdrew thousands of dollars from my account without my consent. When I confronted the owner, Darryl Liner, in March 2024, I was met with excuses upon excuses as to why they couldn’t refund the money they wrongfully took. They repeatedly promised to resolve the issue, but as of October 2024, he has completely ghosted me. This is not just poor management—this is theft, plain and simple. Darryl and this company clearly lack integrity and respect for their customers. As a parent, I trusted them to provide a safe, honest, and supportive environment for my child, but instead, I was met with deceit and disregard for their own mistakes. If you value your money and your peace of mind, I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. Shame on them for taking advantage of parents and families who are trying to provide positive opportunities for their kids.

I would give a zero if I could I would not recommend this place to any kids trying to learn martial arts, I am sure there and more consistent with communication, then this place. I signed my son up during covid and he absolutely enjoyed it and stuck with it, there was a few times through the four years my son Was there that my card got charged with out authorization beside for the lithos fee. It would be 20 bucks here 10 dollars there. When I would ask about it the employee would say they have no idea na every do to with running the cards was done by the owner. so when I asked to owner he would give me some bs excuses about rent got raised, or fee got raised for maintenance or other bullshit excuses. When ask why was there no communication done for the increase he said he would send out text or emails but it’s funny how no one ever got an email or text about those issue. Lastly in feb 2024 we paid 500 dollars for my so. To receive his black belt. So you would think that he would start the process of getting it so he can have his stuff when He completed his test but no. The owner would make excuse if they misspelled his name, or it takes 2/3 months to get the stuff. Well remind you we paid I. Feb. and his test wasn’t until August so they had more the. Enough time. So when he finally passed his test guess what still no black belt that we paid 509 dollars for, no sword and no gu that we paid for as well. We finally got the black belt I. October 2 months after he passed his test. And the. The other items we still haven’t gotten them and he hasn’t responded to any text messages or anything. This owner is supposed to be a pastor and a man of his word, but yet all he has done is fail to Follow through with what he says. I have talked to other kids that have received they black belt through this school and no one has every had to wait this long to receive the black belt if the heat they were promise. Then he tried to give us a sword that was the black belt graduation sword it was just a normal sword we already had because we had to Buy one for my son’s training. If I could do anything for future individuals that want to join a martial arts school I would highly suggest you to Look elsewhere because this place is a mess and you will be very upset with the outcome. And then you will be the one having to track down answers to your questions of why am I being charged multiple times.
