QL Wrestling Academy

Our family has had the privilege of working with Coach Q for a few years now. He truly cares about the safety and development of his athletes. We have seen our kids grow and learn so much since being a part of the program. Wrestling can be an intimidating sport but Coach Q and his staff make it fun and exciting every practice for the kids. The staff is experienced, whether it’s at a professional level or highschool level. They are excellent and extremely knowledgeable in their craft! I would recommend this program to anyone looking to grow in this sport. An amazing program with a great group of people!

Coach Q and the QL Wrestling Academy have been an amazing experience for our 5-year-old! The coaches are incredibly patient, energetic, and know exactly how to keep the little ones engaged while teaching important basics like balance, coordination, and listening skills. Our child looks forward to every practice and seeing new friends that he has meet at the academy —he looks forward not just for the fun drills and games, but because he feels encouraged, safe, and part of a team. It’s the perfect mix of structure and fun, helping them build confidence while staying active. Our lil guy has tons of energy so this is perfect for him. If you’re looking for a positive, supportive, and well-run program to introduce your child to wrestling, this is the place to be. We couldn’t be happier!

This is a great academy for my Grandson . He is 5 and we notice a big difference in his confidence already after a couple months of training. Coach Q does a great job with the kids and makes it fun but they are learning a lot at the same time. I would definitely recommend this place for your young people.
