My son has been taking taekwondo with Coach Rodness for three years and loves it. Coach Rodness gives a lot of attention to building flexibility, strength and technique, which forms a very important foundation for those who want to advance in belt level and compete at tournaments. He has a thoughtful and deliberate process for preparing students for sparring and competition. He accommodates different levels of students in his classes, and he encourages the students to challenge themselves. His teaching also helps develop students' confidence and respect.
