UFC GYM Rocklin

My first kickboxing class. Great work out. Coaching was easy for my brain and a challenge for my body, the way it should be. Staff was friendly and helpful without being too intimidating. 10 out of 10 would come to this gym again.

Am amazing family friendly training ground. Whether you're a retired person with zero workout history or a trained pro fighter, there is literally a place for all. It's amazing to see how all walks of life are welcome. The training and coaches have been voted number 1 repeatedly. If you're looking to get in shape, help your son or daughter learn discipline and respect, this is the place.

This is a solid fight gym with many options for would be fighters. The open gym availability is a valuable asset for athletes to keep sharpening their skills outside of class hours. The trainers are world class as well. I’ve began training Muay Thai with Coach Jon and have picked up some great insight thus far and plan to continue. There are plenty of classes to attend with great instructors. This is an amazing spot to check out!

I would give 10 stars if the review had an option. Best Martial Arts gym in The Greater Sacramento area. From the management team to the coaching staff, they all are so knowledgeable, professional and passionate. My boys and I have been training here since they opened. I have nothing to say but good things .Highly recommend them!

Came in for my first class, no one at the desk, no check-in or introductions, or where to go, or what to do. Seemed very unprofessional to me and I wont be returning. I had high hopes for this gym too.
