It’s a family run business Daniel Gryder . it’s definitely a great place to be if your looking for Jujitsu moi tai boxing MMA E.T.C also a great place to be if your just looking to get a good workout in. Lots of great machines and weight lifting. He teaches a lot of great fighters including multiple champions. Overall it’s a great gym you should try it out !
