10/10 Excellent instructors and sense of community! Young students always seem to have a great time when I walk in, enjoying both creative activities and engaging instruction. As an adult women who attended to learn to defend myself, I enjoyed the well structured class and was impressed by how quickly I began to feel more safe/empowered because of what I had been taught here.

Great with kids and make sure everyone treats each other with respect.

Place is terrible, the teacher is disrespectful and tried to to tell me how to act with my brother. He got into a very personal matter and was rude about it
