⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bound Boxing has been an amazing experience for my son! From the start, Juan was always very helpful, polite, and professional. The environment is motivating, positive, and really pushes the kids to do their best. My son truly enjoyed going to every class and always came home inspired and excited to keep training. The gym not only teaches boxing skills but also builds discipline, confidence, and motivation. We are so grateful for the support and dedication from Juan and the Bound Boxing. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great boxing program and an encouraging community!

I started about a month and have already lost 13 pounds, hard work and determination really pays off. Coach Juan is tough, super tough, so if it is not in your heart to box or at least have the determination to strive to better yourself than I suggest to not waste your time coming here because in this gym there is no such thing as an easy ride to learn how to box, it is all hard work, good nutrition and heart.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m going to. If you want a gym where coaches and athletes treat each other with respect and safety in mind, this is the one to go to. What I like the most is these guys’ ability to adapt to different skill levels ensure everyone, from beginners to seasoned boxers, receives the attention and guidance they need, as well as their ability to break down complex techniques into understandable and achievable steps. Their communication is excellent. Their dedication and commitment to trainees are truly inspiring. For anyone seeking to learn proper boxing or enhance their skills, I wholeheartedly recommend Bound Boxing. Massive thanks to Coach Juan, Coach Adrian, and all the guys at Bound for elevating my boxing journey!

This place is not Kid friendly, Juan manager/coach is so unprofessional and will scare your kid away. I walked in with my 10 year old to go over the program ,pricing etc. Well we didn't even get to that part the coach proceeded with questions in spanish about how much he liked the sport my son looked at me because he doesn't know spanish he said NO NO dont look at your mom i am talking to you. My son out of fear responded 7. Juan determined my kid is not interested in the sport because he responded a 7 to his 1-10 question. Juan told my son not to waste his time. I asked for a try out Juan said he doesn't do try outs because he doesn't work for free. My son then said nevermind mom i dont want to do boxing anymore. I was shocked, because he was very excited about boxing. I had a long talk with my son on our way back home, he said to me he didn't change his mind about boxing, he just doesn't want to do it with Juan because he is mean. This guy doesn't know how to approach a kid he scares them away and makes them doubt about the sport. Stay away take your kid somewhere else.
