Came in for a few classes during their soft opening and stayed. With no boxing experience, the team has helped me immensely the last few months and I’m starting to get the hang of things. The workout has great cardio coupled with strength training plus you get to hit stuff! This is a really welcoming environment and a great group to work out with.

The team of trainers is great, especially Undray. I love the cadence and tempo if the early morning classes, personally, but I can't always wake up and I'll get in afternoons as well. Some people are turned off by the idea of getting "punched in the face," however the classes integrate boxing technique with a trainer in the ring and work on punching bags... combined with a whole lot of fitness circuits. There are specific classes for sparring if you were into it, but regardless it's a great way to get in shape, meet an amazing group of people, and learn boxing techniques. Also, I have a little shoulder issue and they modify exercises to accommodate. Overall, great spot, great team of trainers, great friendly patrons, and a great workout.
Make it simple, but significant.

BoxFit delivers the most intense, motivating workouts I’ve ever experienced. The energy, the coaches, the results — unmatched. And the owner? He leads with an absolutely big heart. If you want real transformation, this is the membership to get.

I love everything about Box Fit. The classes are challenging and fun. The group atmosphere is outstanding. I do the 6AM classes and all of the instructors are top notch.

Here’s a reviewThis small boxing club offers an intimate space that’s just right for its purpose. While parking can be a bit tricky, there are options available nearby with a little patience. The workout is structured into four stations, and participants rotate through them as a group, providing variety and balance. The trainers are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Guidance during workouts is minimal, giving members the freedom to adapt the exercises to their own pace or preferences. P.S. The guys there are incredibly respectful and chivalrous, toward ladies. Highly recommend!
