Good people, great instructors and solid Martial Artists. I have been training with the head instructors of Firm Foundation for the last seven months. As a fellow Christian, Dojo owner and Martial Arts enthusiast I really appreciate their level of commitment. This is the place you've been looking for! My philosophy is to shop for the instructor, not the style of Martial Art. Firm Foundation's instructors are fully devoted, and I highly recommend this school to anyone interested.

Such an incredible Karate school. My kids are learning so much more than just moves to defend themselves. The teachers here are all in on teaching self defense as well as good character. Would recommend to anyone searching for a place to learn Karate.
