Best decision I ever made for my child's self confidence and personal development was enrolling him here. I watched my son who is small for his age, go from being timid and shy to being competive against children his size and larger. After around a year his was promoted to the advanced class. He is well on his way to having a strong foundation in martial arts thanks to the great coaches at the Jiu Jitsu foundation.

JJF has been the greatest investment I have made, by enrolling my son 6 years ago. I am able to see how much my son has developed physically and mentally. His work ethics on the mat has carried on In school and at home. JJF doesn’t just develop Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, they also help develop great kids.

I’m 42 years old, still active duty 21 years in the military, and I can honestly say joining the Jiu Jitsu Foundation has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Walking in for the first time, I’ll admit I felt intimidated. That feeling is normal, but it doesn’t last long here. The staff and coaches are incredibly welcoming, and the environment is humbling in the best way. The coaches are thorough, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. They don’t just teach techniques they break things down in detail and make sure you understand the “why” behind it. The hours are very flexible, which makes it easier to balance training with a demanding military schedule. The new app makes signing up for classes and tracking sessions effortless. On top of that, the building is always clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and the team makes you feel like you belong from day one. For anyone considering starting, no matter your age or background, this is the place to train.

This place really is the friendliest place in town. I have been training here since I was a kid and have visited other gyms. This gym is always the cleanest and calmest atmosphere by far. The instructors are supportive and skilled. Lastly it’s a great place for you or your family to come and join a community that will care about you, your progress in jiu jitsu, and your progress in your life.

I have been training in this place for about 9 years, and I can say without a doubt is the best jiu jitsu studio in town! I absolutely love Master Kadu and Master Gabby, and they have been training me to perfection for years. I can assure you, that this is the perfect place to start or continue your training.
