I received my black belt under Rodrigo Medeiros. Training at his academy has been a positive experience. I wanted to write this review to let other women know that it is a family friendly environment. That as a woman I have always felt comfortable training there. That there is a strict no tolerance policy and very good training partners with very technical BJJ. I will continue to train for as long as possible and I am grateful for this academy and my training partners.

I started training here in 2016. Ten years later, Jiu Jitsu has changed my life. I've made countless friends on these mats, gotten in better shape, and learned skills that have helped me become a better man in all areas.
