100% recommend, environment is competitive but holds a very disciplined structure nonetheless. The coaches and fighters there want nothing but success for one another. I’ve had a great experience here and encourage people to train here on all levels.

Back at the end of June I had the privilege to come teach a seminar at Pure Heart. I have been able to see this gym grow from it's start to the present and it amazes me what they have been able to accomplish in such a short period of time. Home grow professional fighter Cristian and many many amateur champions. They are doing it proper, traditional Muay Thai. They are a staple in the El Cajon community giving an outlet for all ages and passing on Traditional Muay Thai to the next generation. Well done @PureHeart

Coach James and his wife Melissa are amazing people who genuinely care about every child who walks through their doors.
