My 11 year old daughter took Muay Thai classes here for six months. It’s a good gym and a great community. Prices were very reasonable for what we were getting. I recommend.

What makes this gym special is the combination of personalized coaching and the community. The coaches are present, attentive, and truly invested in your improvement — they’ll take time to correct small details, answer questions, and help you progress at a pace that makes sense for your goals. On top of that, the gym culture is incredibly accepting. New people are welcomed, nobody has an ego, and it feels like a team. As a woman in a male-dominated sport, I really appreciate how respectful and comfortable the environment is. I always feel safe, supported, and encouraged to push myself :)

[EDIT] A great place for kids, I don't have any but it's cool to see a space with proper classes like when I was growing up! TLDR: I'm a refugee of a place that closed in Kearney Mesa and I am super happy to have found a new home at Rebellion! You can train the well known Muay Thai+BJJ BUT ALSO GET THE ILLUSTRIOUS JUDO AS WELL! ALL IN ONE ROOF! Coaches: Awesome and helpful for everyone of all skill levels Facility: Perfect balance of equipment and space to do stuff Community: Welcoming and friendly Intensity: Just right, you don't have to fear of physically overtraining here because you took 1 extra class during the week. You get a good sweat going, learn solid techniques and are ready to come back the next day feeling better and ready to learn more! Lastly - Fight Gym or Martial Arts place?: A balance of both, you'll learn technique at the intensity level you are comfortable at AND you won't be pushed to your physical limits every class resulting in overtraining. This is a place to come to and come often so you can get better, do you want to compete? Let the coaches know! Do you want to learn? Let the coaches know! The journey is in your hands and everyone, literally everyone is willing to help. I've been through a ringer looking for places to train with my love for Judo and Muay Thai and this place has it all!

I love this place. I found myself coming here almost every day. The atmosphere is super welcoming and focused on improvement. My son and I train at the same time which is both fun and convenient for us. The coaches are true professionals, providing excellent advice where needed, and following a carefully crafted training program. I primarily focus on Boxing, but I also went to the Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA classes and they're all great classes which I'd definitely recommend.

Rebellion MMA has been an incredible part of my life for almost two years now, and I can’t recommend it enough! My main focus has been on Muay Thai, Kali/Escrima/Arnis, and Boxing, but I’ve also enjoyed exploring a few BJJ classes. From day one, the atmosphere here has been welcoming, respectful, and inclusive. You’ll do so much more than just hit bags – you’ll train with others, learn techniques, and build meaningful connections. The workouts are fantastic, and the depth of knowledge shared in each class is truly inspiring. They don’t just teach you the techniques; they also dive into the history, culture, and science behind the martial arts, which makes the experience even more enriching. What truly sets Rebellion MMA apart, though, is the outstanding coaching and mentorship. Every coach is incredibly skilled and dedicated, and the quality of instruction is top-notch across all disciplines. If you’re considering trying Rebellion MMA, my advice is this: explore the different martial arts they offer, find the ones you love, and dive in. No matter your skill level, if you’re willing to put in the effort, you’ll find something here that resonates with you. This gym truly has something for everyone!
