Recently went to this gym while visiting from out of state and I loved it. Nice facility, clean, great coaches, and an overall friendly and welcoming environment. If you’d like to improve your game definitely also consider booking a personal session with Magalie, she’s one of their pro fighters. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I see now why so many good fighters train at this gym, I will definitely be coming back to train here when I’m in the area. One of my favorite gyms I’ve been to.

Been going here for the Jiu Jitsu program for about 2 years now and now I couldn't see myself training anywhere else. I've trained at other BJJ gyms before, and just never felt like I was at home. Coach Jeremy and coach Mike are amazing jiu jitsu practitioners and are really attentive to you whether it's your first day on the mats or your training for a competition.

My 12 year old son loves his Muay Thai class here. There are different levels for experience. The coaches and all the staff are all really great, they make you feel welcomed and valued. The classes are fun and safe but also challenging enough for them to push themselves and actually learn. Highly recommend for any experience level from first day ever to years of experience.

One of my training partners was checking out Steel as a guest and I decided to tag along with him. The experience was quite literally the most enjoyable experience at a new gym I've had in awhile. The partners there have no ego and it seemed like everyone was consenting to the harder rounds or were able to spar training partners who preferred to go lighter. Many pro and amateur fighters alike, all a pleasure to work with. I had always heard good things about their program, the way Carl (the owner) is attentive to everyone and speaks with so much passion, this gym is a family. If you want to get good at Muay Thai, or combat sports in general. Check these guys out!
