I took the 9am boxing class today with coach Elliot and had a great workout. Coach Elliot started us with a warm up followed by some basic fundamentals to help get through the combinations. I really appreciated his patience and commitment to the class especially with me being such a beginner. Had fun and I will definitely return. I was so happy to see these classes added to the ClassPass app. I think all females should take boxing/kickboxing classes. Last thing, make sure you give yourself some time to get here as the mornings are busy and the classes are on the 3rd floor but it’s well worth it :)

I got a chance to visit The Training Center on vacation. All I can say is wow! Amazing instruction and facility! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Actually even if you are not in the area you should make to trip to San Diego because you won’t be disappointed!
