White Dragon Martial Arts in La Mesa is not only a wonderful academy but an amazing community of kind talented instructors. Our nine-year-old son is thriving and enjoying his lessons and has grown so much in the past few months. Thank you so much to Sifu Luis and the entire team at White Dragon Martial Arts! White Dragon Martial Arts is incredible! My 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son enrolled this summer and I have seen their confidence increase! The quality of the instruction and the instructors are fabulous- they are energetic, encouraging, detailed and they inspire enthusiasm and respect from the children. The class schedules are geared to accommodate working parents. The unlimited classes PLUS one-on-one instruction make White Dragon Martial Arts the absolute best value that I have found. I highly recommend!!

Great martial arts school!! Very Age friendly and professional. All instructors are very nice. A very clean establishment. The only downside of it is the parking situation. Although there is plenty of options, it is very unpredictable. Other than that, highly recommend this place for all ages.

White Dragon is truly a family. Our children have been training here for quite sometime now and it’s the most encouraging and motivational martial arts studio we’ve ever been to. All of the teacher’s are fabulous and super friendly and the prices are fair for the amount of classes you can take a week plus the private lessons. We are so appreciative of the support we have received with our children from all of the teachers and the student interaction is amazing. Everyone is friends and encouraging to each other. We can’t recommend this place more.

My daughter has been attending White Dragon for nearly a year. I am impressed with the level of professionalism of the instructors and the level of respect they show and expect from their students. The assistant director of instruction did an outstanding job outlining progress I could expect to see by committing to 1 year of Kung Fu training for my daughter. My daughter has an extremely trusting relationship with her instructor. This was a good investment in building her confidence as a person.
