Coach Kim is the best trainer I ever worked with! I trained with her 2x week for about 9 months and I saw real results. I stopped training with her because our schedules didn’t align anymore but I def miss training with her and learned so much. I loved her style of training. The gym is always super clean and the vibe is great too! Highly recommend.

Amazing facility with knowledgeable and passionate staff who care about the community. I take my son here and he enjoys every minute of it! Very excited to have this place in SSF and hoping to get more of our community kids off their iPads and into the Compound!

I absolutely loved training with Coach Kim! She made me so much more aware of my body movements, and I came out of each session feeling strong & confident with weight training. I trained with her twice a week for 3 months, and the results were great—my body feels toned, strong, and overall super healthy. Every workout left me feeling proud (and sore in the best way!), and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions each week. She's super warm and positive, which made the experience even better. The entire facility is very well-maintained, and everyone there is welcoming and friendly. If you’re thinking about checking this place out—do it!

I’ve been training here with Alyssa for about a year now (around 20 sessions). I started at 200 lbs 30% body fat a year ago and I’m currently sitting at 168lbs 18.5% body fat. I can’t recommend Alyssa enough. She’s super attentive to form. I appreciate how she constantly emphasizes quality reps, time under tension, progressive overload, movement variety, and most importantly proper recovery. Shoulder mobility and lower back pain have always been issues for me, and Alyssa was instrumental in helping me overcome those weak spots by tailoring a program unique to my body. The gym itself is awesome too. Since the open gym is by advance booking, it never feels crowded. I’ve basically never had to wait for equipment. There’s also a separate room with turf and cardio machines, which makes it easy to mix things up (and also another room for combat classes). Overall, it’s got that “best kept secret” vibe, a personal fitness sanctuary. Big recommend to both Compound and Alyssa!

Amazing gym and classes! This is definitely the place to be if you want to get in shape. Kim is the best. Super friendly and fully knowledgeable and can tailor your workout on the spot to what you need and how you’re feeling. I started seeing results in just a few weeks. I was stronger and more fit, and more conditioned than I’ve ever been in my life. She also changed it up every time, so I actually looked forward to each session, versus dreading it. The customization and wide range of knowledge was exactly what a mid-40’s, fitness clueless, person like me really needed. The rest of the staff and owners are friendly too. They offer several different classes and special sessions, even a stretch therapist. Something for everyone in the family. The facilities are super new, and clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend!
