Wonderful and caring women-owned studio! My son has grow up here and we could not be more thrilled to have had Liza and Diandra’s influence in his life.

My son started with Liza and Diandra in 2015 and is now a black belt. These 2 woman are so dedicated and supportive of every single one of their kids! Their consistency, integrity, and love they have to their work is insurmountable! I can’t wait to see the new generation of FTK warriors and how we are going to change the world!

Long time I spend for look a round for correct Martial arts school for my 5 years old grandson. Finally I found the best solution in my area. Wery friendly staff, professional instructors on all levels. Reasonable price and flexible schedule. Surprised me: all instructor remember names of All students from seniors to first time show up! And this is not 5 or 10 people, it's over 80! Personal attention to each one (even to parents). Good job, guys! Good luck!

Great teachers, I can't wait for them to move to the new space and offer self defence classes on top of their current teachings.

I bought a pilates class there for my husband for his birthday. He was so excited to go. He took the day off from work to go. He showed up 15 minutes early on the day and no one was there. Waited over half an hour no one showed up. Nobody picked up the phone, nobody informed us. Terrible customer service I would not recommend this place. very unprofessional. Way to disappoint somebody on their birthday.
