This place is super legit and beginner friendly, all of the coaches are really nice and patient. There is a great variety of classes to choose from, and everyone in the classes is always respectful and careful. I get an awesome workout each and every time, best gym to train at in Marin.

This gym has been the best experience. Coming in with no training in martial arts, coaches guided me in a safe, and controlled environment to get used to the high intensity of combat sports. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and wants the best for all trainees, no matter what level.

I recently started a couple weeks ago. And I started with the intention of wanting to learn and expand my knowledge in a different hobbies other than weight lifting. The coaches are very humble, supportive, and encouraging. Every class is a bit different and it is always a challenging workout that keeps your mind sharp. Such a supportive and humble atmosphere. I highly recommend!
