I’ve been working out for 6 years, but after just one hour of weight training with Dante, I was sore for the next four days! It was easily the best workout I’ve ever had. With Dante, you learn that every movement has a purpose; he tailors each exercise to fit your goals and form, making sure you’re pushing yourself in a way that feels both challenging and rewarding. Dante is the real deal. I've been with him for six months and I'm in the best shape of my life. I've also gained practical skills in being aware of my surroundings and defending myself, if needed, when walking alone. Prior to Dante, I hadn't consistently worked out in years. Since Dante, I consistently see him twice a week and it's awesome seeing the progress I've already made. If you're considering hiring Dante, I recommend taking advantage of the free class! Dante is an excellent kickboxing instructor. He has decades of experience kickboxing himself as well as teaching it. He's gotten me in the best shape I've been in in many years and I have learned really great kickboxing skills as well. I recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape or learn kickboxing!

Dante is an incredible kickboxing and personal fitness instructor. His workouts were challenging but I learned how much further I could push myself than I ever thought possible. When you leave a Dante Kickboxing Fitness Workout you know he has gotten the best out of you every time.
