Found KO1 on ClassPass and was my first time. I’ve taken countless boxing and kick boxing classes but this was more hands o n with the coach who’s also the owner! I learned combos I’ve never done in any other class and my favorite is that he brings out the mitts. I’m going back for sure and hopefully regularly once I can. even for a 30 minute circuit your body feels it. Book the class
