I used to train here at Omnimovement and it was such a great gym to go to. The people you train with and the coaches are some of the best people you’ll meet. They throughly explain everything when it comes to offense or defense, if you’re looking for a great gym this is the place to go.

My home gym when I'm in the bay area. This an excellent place to get fight and sports training. Some weeks I'm here everyday, others I get too sore. There are no egos and everyone seems willing to help and be beneficial to your training needs.

When I first brought my boys to Omni Movement in Hercules, my older son was dealing with bullying and both of my boys had been through a really hard year. I was hoping martial arts would help—but I never imagined just how much it would change them. From their very first boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu sessions, I watched their confidence grow. They began believing in themselves, learning discipline, and most importantly, falling in love with martial arts. Seeing that transformation as a parent has been everything. The environment here is truly special. Coach Steve, Coach Keelan, the fighters, and everyone involved welcomed us with open arms. My kids have never felt intimidated, even being around high-level fighters. When a coach is away for a fight and another fighter steps in, my boys are just as excited to train—that says a lot about the culture here. Omni Movement feels like home to us. My kids are happiest when they’re there, and I train there myself as well. Coach Steve, Coach Keelan, Coach Derrick, Coach Alex are incredible trainers who genuinely care, not just about skill but about the kids as people. The bond my boys have built with the coaches means the world to me. I truly don’t see my kids training anywhere else. Omni Movement is more than a gym—it’s a community, a family, and a place that builds strong, confident kids. I’m beyond grateful for everything they do and the care they show every single day

My son has been learning Muay Thai at this gym since he was 6 years old — it’s been 3 years now. You can really feel that every coach treats him like family, helping him improve every single day. He truly enjoys this sport. We’ve thought about moving back to San Francisco a few times, but my son disagreed because he said he doesn’t want to leave this gym. He loves growing up here.

If you want to be ACTUALLY BE GOOD -- I can't recommend this place enough. Coach Steve builds up people with zero experience into to champions; 99% of coaches can't do that. The classes are super fun too. 10/10 recommend.
