Truly an exceptional dojo. The sense of community, honor and discipline is second to none! I’ve been training there for about 7 months now and I am a better person every day because of 29 Degrees. I didn’t even know where to begin. 29 Degrees Muay Thai is by far one of the best places I’ve ever been. The level of respect from everyone who trains here is truly unmatched. I had never done any kind of training or fighting before, and honestly, I was pretty scared to try it out. But my very first session was life changing. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome, and there was absolutely no judgment. James Bedwell has created a safe and supportive space for people of all backgrounds and skill levels to better themselves while learning the true fundamentals of Muay Thai. He is hands down the best coach I’ve ever encountered and always brings an incredible attitude. I’m beyond blessed to have him as my sensei. Huge shout-out to Bella VanVelkinburgh and Griffin Kennedy as well, they are both fantastic coaches and truly some of the best. If you’re looking for a place to train, this is the spot you need to be at. It doesn’t matter your skill level—29 Degrees welcomes everybody. Along the way, you’ll also learn some badass skills from an amazing team. Much love to the 29 Degrees crew! 🥊❤️

This dojo is amazing!! James Bedwell has been exceptional at teaching true martial arts while instilling core values that have been fundamental to my Muay Thai training. The culture within the Dojo is remarkable - one of the strongest and most supportive communities I have ever been a part of. I am truly proud to be a part of the team!

My daughter trains here, and I can’t say enough good things about this dojo. James Bedwell is an incredible coach and sensei—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in his students’ growth, both physically and mentally. The entire team is welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely supportive. From day one, my daughter felt encouraged and respected, which makes such a difference, especially for young athletes. The space itself has a very traditional martial arts feel—focused, disciplined, and respectful while still being warm and inviting. Whether you’re training Muay Thai, working with a coach, or doing personal training, this is a place that builds confidence, strength, and character. Highly recommend.

The moment I walked into 29 Degrees I felt immediately connected. I am head over heels with this dojo and the Muay Thai Tribe. The opportunity to be a part of this experience is such an honor for me. Sensei James Bedwell and all of the coaches are so passionate, experienced and knowledgeable about this beautiful sport. They genuinely believe in you, are very patient and want to help everyone reach their goals and be successful in all aspects of Muay Thai (physical, mental, spiritual). The energy here is peaceful, positive and refreshing. Each class brings something new and there is never judgement here. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, there is always room for growth and learning. I have found a refuge in this dojo and family in my 29 Degrees Tribe. I look forward to every day that I am able to come and be a part of this journey. I am just beyond grateful 🙏🏻
