reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the family-like atmosphere and quality youth boxing programs, with multiple reviewers describing how the gym treats everyone like family. Parents highlight that their children learn valuable skills and life lessons while enjoying the training experience. However, a few negative reviews mention confrontational interactions with staff outside the gym context, including one incident involving the owner during a traffic situation on Mother's Day. These critical reviews describe unprofessional behavior and poor customer service in non-training scenarios, though they don't specifically criticize the actual boxing instruction.

I’ll edit: Everything the owner said was inaccurate. Also: “had you asked would you mind letting us over we would have happily obliged.” I’m not an expert but I’m pretty sure that is that the entire reason we use turn signals? Mine was on, it’s literally stopped traffic, I turn my wheel to indicate that yes this is indeed happening, and owner had plenty of time to be a considerate driver but instead chose to make a scene. Again, on Mother’s Day, in stop and go traffic, with our young kids in the car, and then drop F-bombs. Never want to do business with these people. Terrible attitudes and like to cuss strangers out in public. I guess when you are an angry and sad person without any joy in life, you start a boxing gym. Driving in stop and go traffic, he and his wife decided to not let us in a lane, then cussed out my family with my small children. Take your business somewhere else! “Family affair” with no idea how to be a family man. Oh, this was on Mother’s Day by the way. What a way to celebrate
