Training is so awesome. Instructors are so patient and knowledgeable. Like a family at this gym. I will be here for a long time and be in the best shape I ever have. I love this place!

I was in town for the weekend and dropped in for the Friday 6 am class. This gym is awesome! Very welcoming of someone coming in from a different gym. Kru Will and Kru William were great. The gym is also very clean. I liked the variety of the different types of bags they have as well.

I love this place I love the atmosphere my 15 year old son has been training there for 2 months the coaches are amazing they are intentional with their students and they make sure everyone is on the same page on their class. If you’re looking for a gym where to train, feel safe and welcome Apex gym is the spot.

Sean was a very fun exciting loving caring coach, a prime example of someone with a strong passion doing something they love! They do well to make sure sparring is technical without causing unnecessary damage and check to make sure you're ok. The ones that wanna go hard have mutual consent so no unpleasant surprises.
