By far the best place I’ve ever trained. I train here with my teenage son and we have found our place. The instruction is excellent and the culture is top notch. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Mike and Sheena have an amazing space and their personalities and teaching styles are very welcoming and accessible at all skill levels. They are a dynamic jiu jitsu power couple, and Grounds is a wonderful space to train….especially if you like a cup of coffee!

Grounds is great. I love training jiu-jitsu there. And it's an awesome spot for kids to engage in enriching activities instead of more screen time. The owners are lovely people that put their hearts into everything that they do. The space is so relaxing and I always feel such a great energy there. It's always first on my list of places to go when I visit Colorado.
