Bring It Back Boxing has changed my life. My two kids have been taking classes here for over a year now, and they absolutely love it. The coach is amazing with kids supportive, disciplined, and motivating. Watching my kids enjoy it so much inspired me to start taking classes myself, and I’m so glad I did. I quit smoking, started training regularly, and I’ve lost over 50 pounds. I feel better, stronger, and more confident than I have in years. Coach Hector is not only knowledgeable and motivating, but genuinely invested in everyone. He even jumps in and stretches with a bunch of us at the 11am class, which says a lot about the culture here. This gym is more than boxing it’s a community that supports real change. Highly, highly recommend Bring It Back Boxing for kids and adults.

Bring it back boxing overall was a great experience for me. Never done any boxing before and I just jumped in started training and the community was very welcoming even for a beginner. You left feeling great with the amount exercise you put in. If you have a very busy life schedule and being consistent with classes. It might be tough to actually compete. The coach wants to see you are there often and wants to know your in shape and serious about competing before you go in the ring. This shows he has standards for those that fight for him and he expects great things for those want to box. Second, this also shows he concerned about your safety, and physical well-being. he wouldn't just send anyone to go fight for him. Only those that he knows have a standing chance in a fight. He won't send you if he knows your not ready.

Hector is a great coach and everyone at the gym is so welcoming and willing to share their knowledge to make you better! I have been coming here for over a year now and it has been a life changing experience for me. I never cared much for cardio, but Hector's boxing classes make it fun and I am in the best shape of my life. If you're interested in becoming a better version of yourself, this is the place for you!

I joined Bring It Back Boxing & Fitness as an out-of-shape total beginner, and the results I’ve seen in just a couple weeks are unreal. Coach Hector is patient, motivating, and supremely knowledgable in his craft. This gym has a place for everyone from children and adult beginners all the way to seasoned amateur and professional fighters. The advanced students here are very supportive too — they help guide you with tips and make you feel welcome right away. Fantastic culture. The cardio-boxing conditioning sessions are tough (for me) but incredibly fun, and like I said, fast improvements in stamina and confidence. If you're in Denver, this is the right place.

Highly recommend for boxing at all levels. I trained with Coach Hector for two years. He runs a structured program, teaches real discipline, and cares about his fighters as people. The gym is clean and professional. Training there helped me build confidence after a rough patch. This place is special!
