If the World Class instructor Bryan Youngs would put just a teeny tiny bit into marketing the same way he does his teaching he could be biggest striking school in Denver. Bryan Youngs is a genius and gifted teacher. I miss studying under and learning from him. If you want to box , fight Muay Thai, fight mma or be able to handle yourself in cases of self defense Bryan and Denver Thai boxing will help you achieve those goals.

I’ve been training in Colorado for 9 years, had 15 fights and trained with almost every coach in the area. Bryan is easily the best your going to get when it comes to fitness, technique, realism, and fun. No BS, just training and good times.
