Fit House is a fantastic place for anyone at any level, a one stop shop for strength, wellness, and recovery. I was just getting started in my fitness journey and they helped me with all the needed modifications and now that my foundation is set and form is where it needs to be (thank you coaches) I can lift heavier and feel stronger than I have ever been. For anyone who's a member - you now get OPEN GYM for various times of the day. I love using the cold plunge, gym, then sauna on my own time. It's the cherry on top such a top tier facility in Denver! It's the first gym I joined when I moved and I have never looked back.

Been to three separate classes so far, with three different instructors, and all sessions have been engaging and intense. There’s an emphasis on form and proper movements while keeping workouts difficult. The variety is good and a lot of different movements are incorporated. You get a good balance of strength and mobility.

Fit House is the best! I've met some of my best friends here - it's a welcoming community of like minded individuals who love fitness. It's the cleanest gym I've been to and the wellness - hot sauna, cold plunge and Normatec boots are great for recovery! Come check it out!

Been going to FH for years! you can’t beat the combo of strength classes and wellness (sauna/plunge/normatech/vibe). The strength classes focus on core muscle groups and love the progressive training for opportunities to really build strength. Classes aren’t massive either which I appreciate and it’s a very clean gym 🫶

Fit House Denver is hands-down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. Their progressive overload weightlifting classes are incredibly well programmed — you’re not just showing up to sweat, you’re actually getting stronger week by week with intention and structure. The instructors are what truly set this place apart. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in proper form, safety, and long-term progress. No matter your experience level, they meet you where you’re at and help you push in a way that feels challenging and sustainable. The energy is supportive, motivating, and welcoming — no ego, just smart training and a strong community. If you’re looking for strength training that’s thoughtful, effective, and led by instructors who truly know their stuff, Fit House Denver is it.
