My son (5yo) has been coming for about 4 months now and we love it! The coaches are amazing! The gym is always clean and welcoming. My son absolutely loves training and would probably come everyday if he could! My son has learned how to be more confident and is always so proud of himself when he learns new moves or gets a promotion. Best decision we’ve made coming to this gym! Thank you everyone at Gracie Barra!

We take our 2 sons here and the classes are amazing. They really know how to make it fun and keep kids engaged. Great teachers, staff, and couldn't be happier with the kids classes. I haven't tried an adult class, nor have I seen one in action, so can't comment on that. Maybe if I get back into it, I'll give it a shot and update my review.

Gracie Barra Centennial is hands-down the place to be for jiu-jitsu in Colorado. Under the expert guidance of Professor Robert Goodloe, this school has built something truly special—a welcoming, high-energy environment where everyone belongs, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. I started training at Gracie Barra Centennial about 2 years ago as a beginner at 48 years old. The training is top-notch: structured, safe, and designed to help you grow in skill, confidence, and fitness. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere—it’s like joining a second family. You’ll find genuine camaraderie here, where teammates push each other to be better on and off the mats. If you’ve ever thought about starting jiu-jitsu—or you’re looking for a school that will reignite your passion for it—stop searching. Gracie Barra Centennial is where you’ll find world-class instruction, a supportive community, and a place you’ll be proud to call home.

I highly recommend Gracie Barra – Castle Rock. We visited several gyms for our 5-year-old, and Gracie Barra stood out above the rest for the quality of its kids’ program. The coaches break down techniques in ways that are perfectly suited to each age group, and the classes strike the ideal balance between learning and fun. I especially appreciate how attentive the coaches are to the individual needs of every child while still maintaining high standards for the program. Their Junior Coaching Program is another outstanding feature—the junior coaches are incredibly professional, and their presence makes the younger kids feel comfortable while modeling proper technique and behavior in a more relatable, less intimidating way.

I've been training at Gracie Barra for just over a year now and it's been an awesome, welcoming environment whether you're new to martial arts or returning to it I like I have. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to take the time to really breakdown the moves for you. It's also an awesome perk that you can train at any of the GB gyms around the world. I was even able to go with my brother in law when I visited San Diego. Highly recommend giving it a trial run to see if it's a good fit!
