Gracie has been an amazing intro for our 4 year old. She looks forward to coming to class every week. The coaches make everything super approachable and fun while teaching valuable skills in a way that’s easily understood.

Gracie Jiu Jitsu is the best gym I’ve been to! The instructors are very knowledgeable and ensure everyone has a good experience, regardless of how much or little experience you have. Would give 10 stars if possible!

My daughter is so proud to be apart of Gracie Jiu Jitsu Aurora. The coaches are living examples of everything jiu jitsu represents both in the gym and throughout the community. She gets the best coaching from technique to strength and conditioning. This is a great gym for defensive skills training.

Having never tried jiu jitsu before I was looking for a program that was specific to women and I found Women Empowered at Gracie Jiu Jitsu Aurora. They offer a 10 day free trial to try any of their classes and after attending my first class I was hooked. The coaches are incredibly friendly and the curriculum is engaging. I’ve been recommending the Women Empowered program to all my female friends.
