The best place to train judo whether you are an elite level player or a beginner. The environment is very friendly and absolutely awesome. Run by one of the best Judokas in the United States. Jesse Butler is an amazing coach. At all levels and ages. He makes the practices fun and his level of explanation is unmatched.

I have trained with Hyland Hills Judo for 8 years and have always had an amazing experience. Through Judo here I have learned discipline, respect, and determination. This program has helped me go from no athletic ability at all to an international competitor and has given me the honor to represent my country over seas. The coaches and athletes at Hyland Hills are always fun and supportive and I am proud to represent Hyland Hills Judo.

As a black belt in another martial art discipline, I highly recommend Hyland Hills Judo! They are welcoming to all students of any level of experience or fitness. If its been awhile since you were active, they will design a fitness program that you can accomplish while still being challenged; they WILL get you into shape. The training is outstanding, and I appreciate that do not push you to compete in tournaments until you feel ready. I very much enjoy the comeraderie while watching my daughter train. If looking for a Judo dojo where you can feel like a member of the family, look no further.

My daughter competes in judo. Because of the training, attention and care that she receives from the lead Sensei, she consistently places in the top three. Not only is the Sensei outstanding, the other judoka that train are fantastic training partners. They help my daughter learn, feel confident and throw her around, all while providing a positive learning environment. This club has a designated kids class and an adult class that accepts teenagers who are just starting. The feeling that surrounds this club is fantastic and makes everyone feel welcome whether the judokas are; competitive, recreational, or just for fun. This club encourages, not discourages their judoka to practice at other dojo's , which in turn brings a sense of unity within Colorado judo. It is great to show a unified front when the competitors travel out of state. Our family highly recommends this dojo for any age and skill level. Just a side note, we travel 50 minutes one way 4 days a week and it is worth it.
