The atmosphere that is present is amazing The instructors are highly qualified professionals who give feedback to each participant that makes it feel 1 on 1 I’ve attended class both as a adult and teenager alike and I would strongly recommend JKD Colorado for you or your children

I've been going for almost a year and I love going to class. The instructors are good men and genuinely like teaching others. This place is not all about making money, they are passing along something important to them. Also you learn from other students and even yourself. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere to learn how to truly fight, but also get a good workout and learn about your own ego, this is the place.

Instructor Mike Gittleston and his team of experienced JKD practitioners are the most patient and effective teachers I've experienced in the martial arts. JKD Colorado is a family that propels each other forward in the preservation of this unique fighting system. After every lesson I felt as though I'd left with books worth of new and practical knowledge.

JKD Colorado is amazing. I have attended for about 9 years and still practice even though I've moved from CO. It is authenticly connected to Bruce Lee through Ted Wong who learned from Bruce himself and instructed Mike Gittleson. The skills learned apply to more than the physical as everyone ultimately pursues their own self-expression. Everyone learns from basic instruction all the way to sparring and learning how to apply everything in "real life" and not just a workout, although that is a wonderful byproduct.
