I found JustJameson because I had been wanting to try boxing but was worried with a larger class, I would not build habits with the right techniques. After my first 2 sessions, I was hooked. I went in to get exercise, channel some stress and get physically stronger. However, I have gotten so much more out of it physically and mentally. It's a part of my week I look most forward to where my head can clear, get my body moving, improving every week and feeling ready to tackle life when I leave. After a couple weeks of training, I started to realize how much the training & movements all started to click. I had not been one to meditate (a little yoga here an there), but this is a staple in Jameson's training. Now during meditations, my body feels physically lighter, I draw attention to my breathing and let my mind enjoy this period of reflecting and resetting at the end of the session. (Jameson also has a way with knowing what meditations you need to hear most during moments of your life) Jameson provides an environment that allows you to leave any stress, anxiety, frustration, out the door and put your focus into boxing. He is always looking to bring out the best in you, pushing you to grow physically and mentally. I have never experienced a coach or instructor that is this dedicated and focused on his pupils. Regardless of if you're in a one on one session or sparring with others, he is always coaching each individual with details for their own improvements. This sport has brought me so much joy and appreciation to my life that as a person, I have grown so much during my time with Jameson. If you're someone who has been boxing or never tried it and are curious, you are in the best hands with JustJameson!

McBoxing programs and even other authentic boxing gyms with solid coaches don't compare to the attention to detail and supportive community you'll find here. I've been doing a mix of privates and small group classes with Jameson for 1.5 years. I've witnessed more positive transformations under Jameson compared to other fitness programs. And admittedly, I'm a gym rat. People of all fitness levels and ages who join and stick with Jameson improve, including weight loss, increased muscle definition, and even a Golden Gloves championship title. Personally, my endurance significantly increased, and I've learned technique, accuracy, and finesse are more potent than brut force. It's a challenging workout because Jameson tailors the experience to your fitness level. He'll push you beyond what you thought you could do, and you'll surprise yourself when you see what you can achieve. Trust me; you'll see results and have fun on the journey.

I decided to start boxing for fitness and to build self confidence. I was hoping to learn the sport and have fun which I feel like I have been able to do. In my first boxing club most of the coaches stood on the side and told you what to do. Jameson is different. He actually teaches you by boxing with you. Learning from a real pro was an incredible experience the first time I attended one of his classes and from then on I only wanted to work with him. His training method and the post sparring meditation has helped me mentally and emotionally. I can’t begin to explain how great the years I’ve spent training with Jameson have been but the experience has changed my life in a very positive way. Boxing is a very hard sport but Jameson makes it so much fun and I would highly recommend anyone thinking about giving it a try, to go with Jameson. You won’t regret it!

I went to JustJameson to improve my boxing abilities, to learn about the sport and to have an experienced professional guide me. Jameson’s approach to boxing is one of the very best in terms of knowledge of the sport and the technical side. Not only were my physical abilities and in ring competence boosted by his training, but also through his coaching, my mental confidence in the sport was vastly improved. When someone is considering training, know you get your moneys worth and can truly be transformed into a cable fighter and athlete.
