I just finished taking part in the 6 week kickboxing and nutrition program at KickHouse in Parker Colorado. I learned so much during these last 6 weeks, most importantly, how to create a healthy lifestyle where I feel happy, confident, and strong! An added bonus were my results. I lost 6.2% body fat and gained 5.5 pounds in muscle and I feel overall great! All of the coaches are passionate about what they do and care about every individual who walks through those doors. They encouraged me every step of the way! I was told right when I needed it most "Never Give up because great things take time." I really enjoyed learning kickboxing and the friendly energetic community of KickHouse. Every single class I learned something new and could feel myself improving and getting stronger. Overall, I am so grateful for this opportunity and the time and energy KickHouse and their coaches put into helping me grow. I would recommend both KickHouse and their 6 week program to anyone! I am excited to use what I have learned in these 6 weeks to continue a healthy lifestyle!

Update from my last review: Still loving this place!! I've been taking classes for a year and a half and continue to feel at home. I'm still learning new things and meeting new fitness goals. The instructors have been amazing at helping me evolve myself and how to tailor my workouts to fit my new levels. They keep it fun and interesting (and their playlists are killer!). I cannot see myself ever going to another gym.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Love this place……. Lost 22 Pounds in Just 6 Weeks at KickHouse Parker! I joined KickHouse Parker and completed their 6-week challenge , losing 22 pounds in just 6 weeks! The workouts are fun and varied, keeping me engaged the whole time. I was also given a healthy nutrition plan to follow during 6 week challenge with great guidance from the coaches. Their support helped me stay on track and reach my goals. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Highly recommend KickHouse Parker to anyone looking to get in shape!

Love this place! The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and approachable. The classes are unique and always have fresh tunes and a new challenge. There are several class offerings daily and they also go to great lengths for special programs such as specialized workshops or outings. You don’t need to have a kickboxing background to enjoy this studio- they teach you! Highly recommend this gym 🤩

This place has been such a blessing for me. I wanted to find a place to workout and lose my baby weight, but I got so much more. The positive community that I’ve gained from this place is second to none. I am feeling infinitely more confident with my body and actually enjoy the workouts! I go to the 5:15am class (a must with my work commute) and somehow look forward to getting up that early to work out with my people. If you are needing more than a gym, a workout community, then what are you waiting for? I highly recommend you come check them out and tell them I sent you ;)
