Topnotch boxing/ jiu jitsu/ kickboxing gym. Expert & experienced coaching and training, they will get you into excellent shape and guide you to be your best. From beginners to pros, the Kompound is a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere. Every training session was challenging and a fun way to work out. Highly recommend to both serious fighters or for anyone looking for an engaging and unique work-out regimen.

Both Coach Huber and Coach Cline are great people to be around on top of being able to provide a wealth of experience based instruction as well as no bs training. You will get better here whatever your goals are.

Awesome place to train Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing! The instruction is great for all levels, the culture is super welcoming, and the gym is always clean. They also have great kids’ programs and offer women’s self-defense classes.

Kickboxing class is really fun and a great workout. Met some awesome people here, the instructors and the students! They cater to all levels which i really like because I’ve been able to learn a lot. I’m always excited to go back!!
