I have been going to this kickboxing gym for 9 months and I absolutely LOVE it!! The staff, coaches and members have built a positive, supportive and welcoming atmosphere! I like that the workouts provide a fun way to build strength and relieve stress all while burning calories. I highly recommend this gym for anyone seeking a fun and motivating approach to improving their health!!

I recently completed the 6 week challenge at Peak Kickboxing and it was so much fun! Kickboxing has always been my favorite workout and this challenge was an opportunity to push myself. The coaches and staff are friendly and were positive and supportive through the process. They worked with me to help modify any workouts to match my abilities. It is a workout that includes all fitness levels and athletic abilities. We also worked together to focus on healthy dietary changes to ensure that our bodies had the fuel needed for our work out and weight loss Classes are offered morning, afternoon, evening and open gym time to fit a busy schedule. Each coach brings a unique style and energy to class from music selection to boxing, core and stretching. I also enjoy seeing the other members and friendly faces. Anyone looking to change their routine or add some fun to their workout should check this place out!

My daughter REALLY enjoys the classes at Peak Kickboxing! It’s quite a drive for us, but it is so worth it. Every time she gets in the car after her workout she is smiling. It is such a positive and supportive environment. I’m so thankful she found this amazing gym!

I have never been a 'sports person.' For most of my life, I found exercise boring and exhausting, which usually led me to quit very quickly. After a frustrating experience at a different boxing gym, I decided to give kickboxing a try here. The difference is like night and day! As someone from an educational background, I can truly appreciate the high level of professionalism and the pedagogical approach of the coaches. They don’t just tell you what to do; they actually teach. The team—Tony, Kendra, Ty, Ronnie, and both Jennies—are incredible! They break down every technique with such precision, demonstrating combos 4 or 5 times, both slow and fast, ensuring you understand the 'why' and 'how' behind every move. Even though I’m not training to be a professional, it’s important to me to learn the correct technique, and these guys really know their stuff. Every single class is just mind-blowing—the energy is absolutely incredible! It’s such a joy to come here. In the past, I always had to force myself to work out, but thanks to the atmosphere they’ve created, my motivation is always at an all-time high. Even though I’ve only been training for two months, I feel much stronger and have better stamina. Most importantly, I’ve gained some self-defense skills and a new level of mental confidence. The vibe is amazing from the moment you walk in and see the welcoming Holly at the reception desk. All the coaches have a way of making every client feel valued and supported. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be properly taught and genuinely welcomed, this is it!

I got into great shape at this gym. The whole staff is super friendly and so are the members. It’s a great place to find community and get into shape. Some of my favorite coaches have moved on but there are still great instructors there. Check it out!
