The gym is clean, organized, and built for people who actually want to put in the work. The equipment is top-tier, the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, and the staff genuinely cares about helping you hit your goals. A quick bike or walk from the Baker area makes it super convenient. What really sets this place apart is the value — you get access to elite equipment, a supportive community, and a serious training environment without the inflated prices you see at a lot of other gyms. Every dollar actually feels worth it. Every session feels efficient and productive, and the community here is a huge plus — everyone is friendly, focused, and supportive. It’s the kind of place where you walk in wanting to get better and walk out knowing you did. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great people, great equipment, and great value, Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness is a five-star choice all day.

What a great environment. Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness has something for everyone from the beginner to advanced user. There is cardio equipment, space for functional training, tons of squat racks and rarer specialized equipment like a pendulum squat, bamboo bar, etc. The overall vibe and energy of the gym is very authentic and welcoming.

Having been a member of RMFF since 2021 and witnessing first hand the growth and evolution of this facility and the team involved over the years, I can fully attest that the expansion and subsequent changes have been incredibly positive and this review is long overdue. The equipment has been mindfully curated and the layout designed to accommodate a wide range of fitness needs, abilities, goals and objectives. Whether you're a body builder, a busy parent looking for quick workouts when time permits, a pro athlete, senior citizen, recovering from an injury, looking to lose weight or build muscle, focused on mobility, a cardio junkie or brand new to exploring fitness, RMFF can help you. The diverse group of personal trainers can work with any gender, age group and physical ability to accomplish any fitness goal and I personally have benefited from working with Chris Hale, who is also a co-owner. The standards of service, maintenance and community that Chris demonstrates every single day permeate the culture of the gym and it is clear that all are respected and welcomed. Feel free to look around and ask your fellow members for advice or a spot if looking to challenge yourself but in a way that feels safe. The RMFF membership is a helpful, inspiring group of people dedicated to being the best versions of themselves. Take a tour and see if RMFF feels right as your new fitness home!
