You will not find better training ANYWHERE, especially not for the price you’ll pay here. The coaches are genuinely invested in the individual growth of each and every athlete regardless of skill or experience in a way that feels much more personalized than at other gyms. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts, an experienced practitioner looking to switch things up, a hobbyist trying to get back into the swing of things, or even just a visitor from out of town two things are always consistent; competitive rounds at all levels and a super fun training environment.

The gym culture really stands out here. It’s competitive but supportive, and you can tell there’s a strong sense of community. If you’re looking for a place to train seriously, get better every day, and feel like you’re part of a team, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

I have been with subhounds since they were founded in 2021. They helped me go from a 0-2 amateur to a 2-0 pro. There is no other team i would have rather ended up with.

Great place to get started and great place if your an advanced fighter and Grappler, all the instructors are competitors and great teachers. If you want to hang with the best in Colorado this is the gym you want to go get in touch with people LOL. Jokes aside, this school is very welcoming! High-level instruction and super easy to started with. Highly recommended it.
