Absolutely love Train Fight Win (TFW)! This is hands down the best and most inclusive and positive gym I’ve been to. I always feel better after a session here! Coach LA and Coach Mike bring an incredible amount of experience to every session and know how to guide, challenge, and support every person who walks through the door. I had no MMA experience before coming to this gym a year ago, and today I feel like I’ve really advanced and each day I learn more and more from the coaches. What really sets TFW apart is the welcoming and encouraging environment they’ve built. No matter your background or fitness level you’ll feel like you belong here. There are a variety of classes based on your interests, including lifting and conditioning. Whether you’re competing for a fight or improving your general fitness, I highly recommend this gym and community.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. On top of being extremely talented and knowledgeable, the coaches are really stand-up people and do a stellar job of fostering an environment where inclusivity and fun are just as important as hard work and dedication. Here you will find a close-knit community full of people also seeking to better themselves with new skills and great workouts, people that care whether or not you show up and make you feel welcome from day one. This is my favorite MMA gym I’ve ever attended and I feel lucky to be a part of it!

I can't properly express how grateful I am that I found this gym 3 years ago. Not only are the coaches incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and great teachers, but they have created an incredible community both inside and outside the gym. This is an amazing place to learn technical skills, get in a great workout, and spend time with genuinely great people. I look forward to coming into the gym every week and I know others do too.

I trained at TFW for about a year and half while living in Denver and would still be training there if I didn't move away from Colorado. This was/is the best MMA gym I've ever trained at. The care and passion that the coaches put in is unmatched. They greet you upon entrance and exit, they remember your name, and they care about the community they've built. They're all incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated. Tuition is not only very reasonable, but very transparent. It's difficult to find a gym that posts their prices openly and offers a month to month option. You can also sign up for months at a time for a lower rate. If you are on the fence about signing up for a trial this is your sign to go for it. You don't need to be athletic or in shape or have any experience. All you need is a positive attitude and respect for the coaches and team.

FYI, the gym is currently full on members. They have a waitlist, which I was told was usually several months or longer. That said, the gym seems welcoming and inclusive! I found it hard to jump in as a beginner in my trial class, as it assumed a certain base of knowledge. Perhaps other classes are more geared to newbies.
