Without a doubt the best investment I’ve made in myself and my health. Gladys, Ronnie, Emily and the team are all friendly but there to push you to do and be your best. Classes are motivating and I love that it’s a full busy workout with both boxing and HIIT. Also, great range of times to accommodate all schedules. Thank you team!

I started at the gym on the opening day and haven’t looked back. Doing over 100 classes the first year. The owners a super supportive. The range of coaches and classes make it super fun! As well as getting in great shape it’s the good kind of challenging!

I’m really enjoying Worth the Fight Boxing right now! The instructors are great and this is the perfect place to get into martial sports. I’ve never boxed before but that didn’t matter. I just met with the instructors 15 minutes before the first class and they showed me the basic punches. Then when the class starts it a fun uptempo boxing and cardio workout. The music is pumping and the lights are cool in the gym. I’ve kept going and the coaches have kept up with my progress giving me tips and encouraging me along the way. Great people go here too. It’s easy to strike up a conversation with someone and learn about their boxing progress or even get dinner afterwards. I’m going to keep going to WTF and look forward to seeing my progress in 6 months 🥊

I first met Gladys when I called for information about training my daughter. Gladys began her training with enough variation to keep my daughter interested, and excellent positive reinforcement that my daughter talked about for days after her session. Gladys has shared her community with us, hosting watch parties and holiday get togethers that make her gym more than just a place to workout. My daughter’s sessions have become something she definitely looks forward to on Saturday morning. It’s replaced her competitive soccer league with something more balanced for her life, and her confidence in her self continues to grow. Her sessions also push her cardio, balancing out her favored power moves.
