I joined about a month two months ago. 9Round has been one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had! The 30-minute kickboxing circuit is intense yet manageable, perfect for busy schedules. Every workout is different, so I never get bored. The trainers are fantastic—motivating, supportive, and always there to guide you on form and technique. I can’t say enough about this gym!! The staff a 9 Round is so awesome! It really feels like a family here besides the fact that they are. lol. Donna is the absolute best!! She has been so supportive as I transition to being married. Not to mention, all the texts to get my butt in the gym to fit into my dress! I love coming to Round 9!!

I have joined several gyms and never really followed through with regular workouts. 9Round is a quick 30 minutes of high intensity interval training that keeps it interesting and eliminates the excuse that you don’t have time. The workouts change daily and the pad work with the trainers push you to get the most out of it. Over 1000 workouts and still going strong.. Definitely worth it.

the best workouts every time!! 9 round is my favorite way to relieve stress after work and have a fun time doing it! the trainers are the best and are so welcoming. they really make sure you are getting the best workout for you! recommend 10 out of 10 times!
