Writing this review right after my first class here , at 5.30 am this morning and it was totally worth waking up early and driving 30 mins for the class. After trying BJJ classes at few other gyms closer to me, I know BJJ Squared is the right place for me. I am in my 40s, zero background of martial arts and yet everyone was so accommodating and helpful in today's class (even though I attended class meant for all levels) and made me feel "It's never too late to start learning Martial Arts in life". Special shoutout to coach Anthony who made me feel welcome and was patient with me. Can't wait for my next class and learn and get better !!

I have trained here with my four children for over a year and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Coaches Tyler and Boomer providing outstanding instruction to the kids while also promoting a safe training environment. Coaches Anthony, Tyler, Jim, and Jason provide exceptional instruction in the adult classes and promote an atmosphere where everyone who trainings is supporting the growth of the lower belts. In my opinion this is the perfect BJJ school for any age to train and grow with healthy, positive competition.

My two kiddos were nervous when they first started BJJ here, but the coaches made them feel welcome from day one. Since then, their confidence, focus, and mental toughness have grown in ways that go beyond the mat. The instruction is excellent, and the environment strikes the perfect balance between discipline and support. It’s clear the coaches genuinely care about each student’s development. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids.

Trained here for the past 3 days while visiting the area, and they even let me train for free. Super welcoming atmosphere and everyone is really friendly. You immediately feel included, even as a visitor. Great level on the mats and lots of good rolls. Highly recommended, if I lived here, this would definitely be my gym.

Beginners encouraged and experienced practitioners are challenged. Absolutely great staff and instructors. Tyler and Brandon really engage the kids. There is a lot of respect and controlled learning. If there was ever a time you thought you wished you had started earlier, do your kid a favor and get them in for a class! Jim’s nogi class on Saturdays always has about ton of women and is so much fun. Jim has so many little tips and tricks to elevate things you already thought you knew. They have Judo on Wednesday nights, which is so hard to find, but definitely compliments the jiujitsu program. Gym is always clean, including the bathrooms and changing area. Coach Anthony… well he is just so knowledgeable and charismatic. Definitely makes you feel like you belong there. Give it a try, you’ll probably catch me there :)
