I trained years ago inconsistently as a white belt back in Baltimore. Sparring and doing basic drills at Bowman Systems MMA definitely sparked an excitement about Jiu Jitsu I haven’t had in a long time. I highly recommend not just yearly residents but seasonal vacationers who are interested in a great workout with a fun and spirited vibe. I’d be happy to return again when we’re back in the area. Awesome instructors, great gym! Found Bowman Systems in 2018 when I was looking to drop in on a BJJ class during my summer vacation. I had a great time in class, learned some really great techniques and got in some really terrific rolls! Noel and his instructors are really friendly, knowledgeable and you feel welcomed from the very start. Great location with easy parking not too far from the beach! I’ll be dropping in whenever I’m in town!!!

Noel and Chelsea run a great business here. Personal training is my experience and Chelsea is wonderful with older clients (I'm 68), as is Noel. The videos I see of martial training look fun and engaging. Very nice people. Recommended!💯!!
