Cape Fear Boxing is truly the best! The bootcamp really works - I've lost 8 pounds and a ton of inches. I feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident. The coaches are motivating, the workouts are challenging and the results are real. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to lose weight, build strength, and get in shape.

I just started going to this gym and so far it has been a great experience. Everyday has pushed me out of my comfort zone in some way. I also have a hard schedule to work with but Coach Rasheed has made it possible and because of all this I’m really happy with my experience so far, I’ll definitely continue to train here.

For the last 5 years I wasn't taking care of myself. I'd occasionally workout but nothing consistently. I lacked motivation and accountability and that obviously took a negative toll on my health - physically, mentally and emotionally. I'm fairly new to the area and was looking for a gym to join, one that would excite me and provide a community to help keep me motivated. Cape Fear Boxing has been just that! I've been part of the 12 week transformation program for 28 days - the coaches are fantastic, the workouts are challenging but super fun! They make every other aspect of the program, goal setting and the food plan, really easy to attain and they hold me accountable. And it's working! I already feel stronger and in just 28 days I've lost 5.7lbs of body fat - that's almost half of my goal for the entire 12 weeks! No matter where you're at in your health and fitness journey I highly recommend giving Cape Fear Boxing a try.

Joining CFB has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! Before the program, I was stuck in an unstructured routine with little accountability. In just 30 days, CFB helped me lose 9.9 lbs of body fat and completely shift my mindset around fitness. The coaches are incredibly encouraging, supportive, and truly know how to push you in the right way. The workouts are challenging yet fun, with plenty of variety so you never get bored. The atmosphere is motivating, energetic, and filled with people who genuinely want to see you succeed. I’d recommend CFB to anyone looking for real results and a community that lifts you up!

My 10 year old son started at Cape Fear Boxing this September and it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences for him, and our family. In the past, he has struggled with building friendships. It has been incredible to watch him make new friends and witness the way in which the kids help each other in meeting their goals. They make him feel like he belongs. This program teaches the fundamentals of boxing, and so much more. He is learning a wide range of skills, such as: hand eye coordination, athletic endurance, sportsmanship, footwork, and timing. But more than that he is learning self discipline, confidence, positive ways to cope with stress, and decision making skills. At home, he is choosing to practice jumping rope instead of playing video games. He has been committed to getting better each week. He was even recognized at school for running without stopping in gym. Two months ago, he would not have been able to do that. My son has ADD. This program has helped him learn focus and self control. The coaching staff is the BEST! They truly care about all of the kids. They help them reach new goals each week. We are so thankful that we found Cape Fear Boxing. I recommend this program to any family with children in the ILM area!
