I was curious and took a class. I think that Aikido is very good for everyone looking to keep fit/work out. This class has fantastic and experienced teachers. The energy of the group is wonderful. I highly recommend that you give Aikido a try.

Nidan (2nd degree black belt), Fukushidoin (certified instructor)
Began aikido in 1993. Background in boxing, wrestling, and judo. Teaches basic principles of aikido awareness, posture, and movement. Over 20 years teaching experience.
