I started my BJJ journey here. Starting here was one of the top 10 decisions I have made in my life. The only negative I have, is now I will NEVER find a gym like this again. It sets such a high standard for fun, as well as the people in the gym. All of the instructors make it so easy to find a style you mesh with well. And the amount of classes they have per week is amazing. There is definitely a class for you to get to. I will forever be searching for a standard higher than Epoch!

I have been training for just over 5 years, and I have had the luxury of dropping in at gyms throughout the country. I can, without a doubt, say that Epoch is one of the best places to train. Tamal and Brian are top-notch instructors; they do a fantastic job at creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment. Whether it is self-defense or competition skills that you seek, Epoch is the place to train in Wilmington.
