Need to get in shape? Overweight? Well I love kick boxing/Newark is the best place to go. This is the best program I have ever tried and It caters to everyone in the class.The instructors are really knowledgeable and supportive. I actually got my best friend to sign up and told a few of my other friends who will be joining the class this upcoming weekend. I Highly recommend.

Master Brown and the rest of the instructors at Shoshin are fantastic with kids! Shoshin teaches focus and discipline, all while building your confidence! Even adults will find a program here for them, and will feel like they're part of a family as a well as a karate studio. I would highly recommend anyone interested to give it a try.

Having my son attend karate class at Shoshin Karate Academy (Newark DE) was the best decision I've made this far! Master Brown is extremely patient with the kids. These kids are having fun and as well as learning karate at the same time. My son wants to show everyone what he learns daily and is ALWAYS looking forward to his next class. Thank you Master Brown!!!

I have been doing fitness kickboxing here for about 5 years and love it! Instructors are great and motivating. My daughter also is taking Tang Soo Do karate here and loves it as well. She has made great friends and looks forward to classes each week.
