Swedesboro Jiu-Jitsu has been a great place to workout and train skills in not only grappling but also kickboxing and MMA. I started attending classes shortly after they opened, then got my teen son to start training there also. It is a nice small gym tucked in swedesboro New jersey a few minutes off of exit 10 of NJ Interstate 295 (I-295). I have only encountered great people from students to coaches, everyone has been very friendly. I could go on and on about the benefits in self deference, overall health, new friends, ect. But all that aside my recommendation would be to sign the waiver on their website, look at what class times fit your schedule and just take the leap to come in. They always offer a free week of training to try it out. At the very least you can open your mind to something new and get some great workouts in and if you enjoy it, you can look into becoming a full time student.

Great learning environment and people to learn from. They teach BJJ, muay thai and MMA with one price which is awesome. I've just started, but I'm so psyched to be learning better here!!
